By using MotoTrips, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any point, you should not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms, with changes communicated through the platform.

2. Service Description

MotoTrips is a platform for:

Recording and documenting motorcycle trips
Sharing routes and experiences with the community
Managing your virtual motorcycle garage
Creating and joining motorcycle clubs

3. User Responsibilities

By using MotoTrips, you agree to:

Provide truthful information during registration
Not publish illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
Not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
Maintain the security of your account and password

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you publish (photos, routes, descriptions). By publishing, you grant MotoTrips a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform according to the privacy settings you choose. You can delete your content at any time.

5. AI Assistant (Motri)

Motri is an artificial intelligence assistant integrated into MotoTrips. It uses language models and voice services to help you log, plan and search for trips. The responses generated by Motri are indicative and should not be considered as professional advice. Usage of Motri is subject to the token limits of your plan.

6. Plans and Payments

MotoTrips offers a free plan (Rookie) and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices include VAT. Plan features may change with prior notice.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Portugal.
